On the house we purchased, it turned into a complex purchase due to the sellers using an unresponsive and unprofessional agent, Sheila Newton who is also with C Dan Joyner, and the purchase going through a relo company. Again Amy went above and beyond and more than likely had to work 2-3x harder due to the incompetence of Sheila Newton.
